This four-course bundle examines anatomy, physiology, preventive screenings, clinical laboratory regulations, medical records, and electronic order entry. Learners will explore how precise terminology, reliable testing, complete documentation, and careful follow-up influence clinical decisions and patient outcomes.

The courses also highlight the medical assistant’s role in identifying screening needs, maintaining regulatory compliance, protecting health information, and communicating potential errors or concerns to the health care team.
