Course Description
This webinar will review current trends for cannabis legalization and epidemiology of cannabis use. Different forms of cannabis and the marketing of these products will be discussed.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to: 
  • Describe the physiological effects of cannabis use and the associated maternal and neonatal risks during the perinatal period.
  • Identify effective patient counseling approaches, including harm reduction strategies, for individuals who use cannabis during the perinatal period.
